乳腺癌患者多西他赛化疗期间发生心动过缓的原因及护理干预

目的分析乳腺癌患者多西他赛化疗期间发生心动过缓的原因及护理干预。方法选取乳腺癌患者80例,分析患者输入多西他赛前、输入中及输入后2 h的血压、心率变化。结果 80例患者在输入多西他赛前、中、后2 h血压、心率均有变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者在多西他赛化疗过程中容易出现心动过缓。给予患者优质护理干预能有效提高其生活质量,值得临床应用。

Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer of blood pressure and heart rate at the time points of before docetaxel infusion, during docetaxel infusion and two hours after docetaxel infusion were analyzed. ResultsBlood pressure and heart rate in eighty patients changed at the time points of before docetaxel infusion, dur- ing docetaxel infusion and two hours after docetaxel infusion, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Bradycardia is the common symptom in the course of docetaxel chemotherapy. Implementation of high quality nursing intervention so it is worthy of clinical application. for patients can effectively improve quality of life,
