舒适护理在胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管的应用分析

目的分析舒适护理在胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管时的应用。方法从2014年1-12月来本院就诊的胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管的患者中筛选出100例,分为2组,实验组50例住院期间施行舒适护理,对照组50例常规护理,对比2组护理结果及患者的满意度。结果实验组舒适度评分显著低于对照组,实验组患者的住院时间显著少于对照组,实验组的并发症及不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理可以减轻患者的痛苦及心理压力,使治疗更加有效,可在临床普遍应用。
