周围静脉穿刺技巧探析

Discussion on the peripheral venipuncture technique

目的探讨周围静脉穿刺的技巧。方法选取本院急诊室行静脉输液治疗的6 028例患者,根据患者个体差异选择相应的穿刺技巧,提高穿刺一次性成功率。结果周围静脉穿刺1次成功率为97%,2次成功率为2.5%,3次成功率仅为0.5%。结论根据不同的患者,选择相应的周围静脉血管、扎结止血带、进针等技巧,不仅可以提高静脉穿刺一次性成功率,而且能够减轻患者痛苦,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the one - time success rate of peripheral venous puncture techniques. Methods A total of 6028 emergency infusion patients were selected, and applied the ap- propriate puncture techniques according to individual differences of the patients so as to improve the one time success rate. Results One time success rate of peripheral venous puncture was 97% , sec- ond time success rate was 2.5 % , and the third time success rate was only 0.5 %. Conclusion Se- lecting the appropriate peripheral vein, taking the tourniquet and applying the right injecting technique according to individual differences of the patients, can improve one - time success rate of peripheral venous puncture, reduce the suffering of the patients and enhance satisfaction as well.
