更昔洛韦治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒感染安全性和不良反应的临床研究

A Clinical Study on Safety and Side Effects of Ganciclovir in Treatment of CMV Infected Pediatric Patients.

【目的】 探讨更昔洛韦 (GCV)治疗婴幼儿巨细胞病毒 (CMV)感染的安全性和不良反应。 【方法】 用GCV治疗 32例婴幼儿活动性CMV感染者 ,治疗前后查血像和肝肾功能 ,将结果进行配对样本t检验 ,了解GCV对血液和肝肾功能有无影响 ;观察与记录用药过程中出现的不良反应。 【结果】 该组患儿用更昔洛韦治疗对外周血像无明显影响 ;少部分患儿出现谷丙转氨酶 (ALT)一过性升高 ;极少数患儿有惊厥与脑缺氧等神经毒性。 【结论】 更昔洛韦治疗CMV感染是有效的 ,但由于有神经毒性的不良反应 ,故应谨慎地用于治疗症状性CMV感染患儿。

The safety and adverse effects of ganciclovir(GCV) in treatment of CMV infected pediatric patients were examined. Thirty-two cases of pediatric patients with active CMV infection were treated with GCV.Paired-sample t-test was conducted to determine the effects of GCV on the blood counts and the liver/renal functions,which were examined several times before and after the treatment.The adverse effects during the treatment were observed and documented. The GCV had no evident effect on the blood counts for the patients during the treatment,but in a few cases,ALT could be elevated.Very few patients developed the neurotoxicity symptoms such as seizure or cerebral hypoxia. [Conclusions] GCV was an effective drug for treatment of CMV infection.However because of its neurotoxicity,it should be administrated cautiously in symptomatic CMV pediatric patients.
