综合医院住院患者神经内科联络会诊553例临床分析

Clinical analysis of consultation- liaison in neurology department of a comprehensive hospital： 553 cases

目的通过分析综合性医院住院患者申请神经科会诊病例的构成特点，探讨综合医院神经内科会诊的工作特点及临床意义。方法回顾2015年6月-8月徐州医学院附属医院神经内科医师处理的全部会诊病例，采用SPSS22．0对我院神经内科医师会诊病例的科室来源及疾病种类进行统计分析。结果全部会诊共553例次，其中，男性267例次，女性286例次，会诊患者年龄为5岁-90岁，平均年龄（59．7±15．9）岁。普通会诊464例次（83．9％），急会诊89例次（16．1％）；以心内科、消化科、肾内科申请会诊的病例居多；会诊原因多与头晕、头痛、陈旧性脑血管病、代谢性脑病、急性脑血管病、周围神经病有关。结论神经内科协助各科室会诊是十分必要的，综合医院医师应加强对神经系统疾病的认识，提高诊疗水平。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of patients requiring consultation - liaison in neurology depart- ment of a comprehensive hospital. Methods All neurological consultation cases from June to August 2015 were retro- spectively analyzed by SPSS22.0. Results A total of 553 consultations were performed, including 267 men and 286 women, from 5 to 90 years old, with an mean age of （59.7 ± 15.9 ） years. There were 464 routine consultations （ 83. 9% ） and 89 emergency consultations （16.1%）. The top three departments from which consultation was applied were cardiology, gastroenterology and nephrology. The consultation reasons were dizziness, headache, chronic eerehrovascular disease, metabolic encephalopathy, acute eerebrovascular disease and peripheral neuropathy. Conclusion It＇s very nec- essary to assist other clinical departments for consultation. Doctors in comprehensive hospitals should strengthen their knowledge of neurological dieseases and sum up consultation experience for better diagnosis and treatment.
