摘要
世界主要国家(地区)师资培育制度都走向多元化趋势,其师范院校通过不同模式进行转型。台湾地区在《师资培育法》通过后,师资培育制度走向多元化,促使师范学院也展开不同模式的转型。20世纪90年代以来台湾地区师范学院转型经历了一系列政策变迁,其转型策略主要有"经验-合理的途径"与"权力的途径"。带给我们的启示是:师范学院转型不应弱化或是去除师资培育的办学特色;师范学院转型后不应盲目追求大和全的办学模式,忽略其办学定位;师范学院应通过不同的转型模式,突破其内外条件限制。
In the educational reformative trend of diversified teacher training systems,the normal schools in major countries(regions) have transformed in different modes.In Taiwan,since The Teacher Education Law was passed,the normal schools have been undergoing transformation of different patterns guided by diversified teacher training system.The series of changes in education policy and the strategies taken in Taiwan in 1990 sbring us some beneficial implications.
