摘要
美国语言教育政策沿革了放任阶段、同化阶段、双语教育阶段和关键语言教育阶段四个阶段,不同阶段虽有各自的政策内容、基本精神、诞生背景和主要效果,但美国语言教育政策始终与国家利益和社会大众休戚相关,其语言教育政策始终处于动态调整过程之中,语言教育政策始终密切关注实际教育效果。
American language education policy have experienced four stages of change-Tolerance,Assimilation,Bilingual Education and Critical Language Education,with its respective content,fundamental spirits,emerging backgrounds and major effects in each stage.However,American language education policies are consistently closely related with its national interest and the public.It has been in dynamic adjustment,constantly focusing on actual educational effects.
