高校学生转专业对维护学生合法权益、调动学生学习积极性有着现实意义。我国很多高校允许学生转专业,但普遍采用优秀生转专业以引导学生刻苦学习。为理性把握学生转专业的门槛,高校在对学生转专业设置条件与约束的基础上,应分析高校优秀生转专业的利弊,以维护学生合法权益,给填报高考志愿有重大误解的学生转专业实施权利救济,创造条件让考试失误优秀学生转专业,科学构建高校转专业机制。

College students major transferring is of great realistic significance in maintaining students’legitimate rights and interests as well as arousing their enthusiasm in learning.In China many colleges permit the students,mostly excellent students,to transfer majors so as to motivate them to work harder.In order to achieve a better understanding of this field,this article,based on an analysis of the requirements in students transferring majors,summarizes its advantages and disadvantages.It is held that colleges should maintain students’legitimate rights and interests,implement the rights relief for students having serious misunderstandings when applying for colleges,facilitate the major transferring of the excellent students not performing well in the college entrance examination,and establish a corresponding mechanism.
