北京市廉租房居住区景观建设的现状问题及应对

廉租房是保障性住房的重要组成部分,是保障城市低收入市民住房条件的利民措施。本文研究了北京市廉租房住区景观的建设现状,指出了北京市廉住房住区普遍存在空间选址偏僻、配套设施不完善、绿地后期养护缺失等现实问题。为了应对上述廉租房住区建设的难题,应该将模块化设计策略引入廉租房住区景观设计中。模块化景观设计有高效、经济、通用等优点,能使得廉租房住区景观的设计和建设科学化、高效化、经济化。

Low-rent housing is an important part of affordable housing system, which is a relief measures for low-income citizens in the city. This article studies the present situation of the landscape construction of low-rent housing residential in Beijing. It finds out some common problems of landscape in Beijing low-rent housing, such as the location far from the central area, the lack of facilities, lack of maintenance. In order to solve the problem of the low-rent housing residential construction, modularity should be introduced into the low-rent housing residential landscape design. Modular landscape design has the advantages of high-efficiency, economy and generality, which can make the design and construction of Low-rent housing landscape scientific, efficient and economical.
