耳穴贴压疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by auricular-plaster therapy in prevention and treatment of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的探讨耳穴贴压疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法 80例反复呼吸道感染患儿,简单随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。两组均采用基础西医治疗,治疗组加用耳穴贴压疗法进行治疗。对比两组疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率95%明显高于对照组75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴贴压疗法用于防治小儿反复呼吸道感染效果较好,方法简单,易于掌握,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by auricular-plaster therapy in prevention and treatment of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 80 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received basic Western medicine therapy, and the treatment group received additional auricular-plaster therapy. Curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment group had much higher total effective rate as 95% than 75% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular-plaster therapy provides precise effect in preventing and treating pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection, along with easy measure and operation. This method contains value for clinical application and promotion.
