肾衰竭患者透析治疗及感染护理体会

Experience of dialysis treatment and infection nursing for renal failure patients

目的对肾衰竭患者进行透析治疗,并探讨对其进行感染护理的临床体会。方法 42例肾衰竭患者进行透析治疗,并给予感染护理,对其临床资料进行回顾分析,总结其治疗和护理体会。结果 42例肾衰竭患者均顺利完成血液透析治疗,并在血液透析前、中、后给予相应的护理体会,有效率达到100%,均未出现透析并发症。结论对肾衰竭患者进行透析治疗,并给予感染护理,具有较好治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To apply dialysis treatment for renal failure patients, and to investigate clinical experience of their infection nursing. Methods There were 42 patients with renal failure receiving dialysis treatment, along with infection nursing. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed for summary of their treatment and nursing experience. Results All the 42 renal failure patients received successful dialysis treatment, and they received related nursing before, during and after dialysis. The effective rate was 100%, without any occurred dialysis complications. Conclusion Implement of dialysis treatment and infection nursing for renal failure patients can provide good curative effect, and this method is worth clinical promotion.
