摘要
首先分析了企业转型内涵,进而结合我国民营中小体育用品企业实际,以"钻石模型"为基础,构建出假设模型。最后对模型进行探讨。
This paper starts by analyzing the connotation of enterprise transformation.According to the real situation of domestic small and medium-sized sport enterprises, this paper formulates hypotheses and builds models based on the Michael Porter Diamond Model.Finally, the paper ends with a thorough analysis of the model.
