女子铅球的运动学研究综述及对策

近些年我国女子铅球运动水平有所下降。随着社会经济水平的提高,科学技术的不断进步。现在的竞技体育不光是运动员在比赛,也是科研方法、科技手段的大比拼。只有运用先进的科研仪器和手段投入到女子铅球项目上来,来改进女子铅球运动员们的技术,才能使我国女子铅球项目重新进入世界前列。本文通过总结国内对女子推铅球运动的运动学研究,发现研究不足之处,提出建议。

in recent years , China＇s women＇s shot put activity levels fell.With the improvement of social economic level, the progress of science and technology.Now the competitive sports is not only athletes in the game, is millions of research methods,scientific and technological means.Only use advanced scientific instruments and means in the women＇s shot put up project,to improve women＇s shot put athletes technology,to make our country women＇s shot put back into the world.In this paper,through summarizing the domestic research on women＇s shot put movement kinematics, found the deficiencies and Suggestions are put forward.
