村镇体育公共服务有效供给的干预研究

Study on the Intervention of Effective Supply to Rural Sports Public Service

本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、案例分析法及逻辑分析法等,对公共服务背景下社会体育组织有效供给农村体育公共服务进行了理论和实证研究,通过对高校体育组织在某村开展的体育培训进行信息收集,并对收集到的信息进行讨论和分析。研究证实高校体育组织可以促进农村体育开展,然而,其规范化操作和广泛实行还有待进一步的研究。建立政府引导下的社会体育组织发展模式,政府应明确自身角色定位,通过提供合理政策、制度供给来促进社会体育组织增加农村体育公共服务有效性。

This article has carried on a theoretical and empirical research on the effective supply of social sports organizations to rural public service under the background of sports public services with the methods of literature material, interview, case analysis and logical analysis. It collects the information of training carried out in a village by sports organizations in colleges and universities and discusses and analyzes the information collected. Research confirmed that university sports organizations can trigger rural sports development, however, its standardized operation and extensive practice remains to be further research. We should set up development of social sports organization mode guided by the government and the government should make clear their role positioning. We can increase rural sports public service by providing a reasonable policy and the institution supply.
