摘要
目的对股骨近端防旋髓内钉（PFNA）内固定治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果进行总结。方法2010年2月至2013年9月对48例行PFNA治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行随访,随访时间为12~18个月。观察术后并发症、骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能恢复情况。结果术后46例患者均未出现感染、内固定折断、骨折不愈合、骨折移位、髋关节短缩及内翻等并发症;2例发生内固定松动、内翻畸形,经卧床制动,均获骨折愈合,髋关节功能恢复良好,优良率为89.6%。结论闭式复位PFNA内固定操作简单,手术时间短,固定可靠,可早期下床活动,并发症少,是治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折的一种安全、有效方法。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation（ PFNA） internal fixation in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods We followed up 48 patients who received the routine PFNA treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture and observed postoperative complications,fracture healing time and hip joint function recovery. Results The follow-up time was from 12 months to 18 months. Among them,46 patients did not appear infection,internal fixation broken,nonunion,fracture displacement,hip joint shortening,fixation loosening and rarus deformity. After immobilizing,two cases got fracture healing. According to Harris Score,the excellent rate of hip joint function recovery was 89. 6%. Conclusion Closed reduction PFNA internal fixation is easy to operate,and the time of operation is short.Fixation is reliable,and the patients can realize early ambulation. It has less complication. It is a safe and effective method for treating senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.
