尺骨冠突骨折研究进展

The Research Progress of Ulna Coronoid Process Fractures

肘关节是人体上肢的重要关节,尺骨冠突是构成肘关节稳定体系的重要组成部分,尺骨冠突骨折和重要韧带结构的损伤会直接导致肘关节不稳,严重影响患者的生存质量。本文对目前临床上对尺骨冠突骨折的研究成果进行了回顾、分析,从生物力学、受伤机制、手术入路和治疗等方面对尺骨冠突骨折的临床研究进展作一综述。旨在加强我国骨科医师对尺骨冠突骨折的重视,与国内外先进理念接轨,加深对尺骨冠突骨折的认识,从而提高临床处理此类骨折的水平。

Ulna coronoid process is an important part of composition elbow stability system. In this paper,the current clinical research of ulna coronoid process fractures is reviewed and we analyze them through the anatomy,biomechanics,injury mechanism,surgical approach and treatment. Our purpose is to strengthen the orthopedic surgeons in our country to the attention of the ulna coronoid process fractures,follow with domestic and foreign advanced concepts,so as to improve the level of clinical treatment of such fracture.
