淀粉样变心肌病致顽固性心力衰竭一例

摘要 患者男性，73岁，主因间断气短1年、加重1月于2011-8-23入院。患者入院前1年余出现活动后气短、胸闷，休息后有所缓解，病情严重时夜间不能平卧，伴阵发性呼吸困难、双下肢浮肿，多次（2010年8月、2011年3月及4月）因慢性心功能不全急性加重住院治疗，经利尿、扩血管等治疗后症状改善出院。入院前1月气短症状加重，步行5min或200～300米即感喘憋，夜间不能平卧，间断憋醒，吸氧及服用硝酸甘油不能缓解。平素无咳嗽、胸痛等不适，饮食及大小便正常。
