Mechanism on the erectile dysfunction in patients with chronic renal failure

随着血液透析技术的应用和进步,慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者的预期寿命也在逐步提高,患者不再单纯满足于寿命的延长,也逐渐要求提高生活质量。勃起功能障碍(ED)作为一个影响生活质量的重要因素,也是CRF患者面临的重要问题之一。引起CRF患者ED的病理生理机制繁多,主要包括周围血管性病变、神经调节异常及内分泌代谢紊乱。本文针对CRF患者ED的病理生理机制研究进行综述,以期进一步提高CRF患者ED的研究水平和治疗效果。

With the application and progress of hemodialysis technology,chronic renal failure（ CRF） patient＇s life expectancy was also gradually increasing. The patients had not just satisfied with the extension of life,but also began to demand the improvement of the quality of life. Erectile dysfunction（ ED）,as one of the important factors affecting the quality of life,was also the important problems for the CRF patients. The pathophysiological mechanism of ED in CRF is various,mainly including： peripheral vascular disease,nervous dysregulation and endocrine metabolic disorders. This paper reviewed the pathophysiological mechanism of ED in CRF,in order to further improve the research level and the treatment effect of ED in CRF.
