两段式煤气发生炉常规设计的改进

摘要 两段式煤气发生炉是20世纪80年代开始从国外引进的炉型,与早期的单段炉相比,具有气化率高、灰渣含碳低、煤气热值高、环保等特点。单段式煤气发生炉项目已经列为国家限制发展名录,逐渐被两段式煤气发生炉取代。受煤气行业技术发展水平的限制,两段式煤气发生站的常规设计中,有很多地方可以进行改进,提高煤气发生炉产气率,提升煤气生产系统的安全稳定和节能环保技术水平。 The two- stage gas generator, first introduced in 1980' s, is with higher gasification rate, lower ash carbon, higher gas caloricity and being more environmental friendly than one - stage generator. In recent years, the one -stage generator has been listed on the restricted development menu in China and has been replaced by the two -stage gas generator step by step. However, there are numerous points that can be improved in the de- sign of the two - stage gas generator due to the limitation of technical development level in gas industry. This pa- per aims at finding some ways to increase the gas production, ensure the stability and safety of the gas system and improve the technology of the energy conservation and environment protection in this field.
