工业硅电炉矮烟罩的新设计

摘要 通过对工业硅炉矮烟罩传统设计与新设计的对比,有效的证明了新的设计理念与实践。实践证明:改进后的工业硅电炉矮烟罩的设计,不仅提高了工业硅炉劳动生产率,降低了单位产品投资,同时使得操作稳定性好、效率高、产品质量稳定,进而实现了低碳、高产、低耗的工业硅生产。 Through comparing the traditional design with the new one on low-hood of industrial grade silicon furnace,the new design philosophy and practice were confirmed. It proved that the improved design not only boosted productivity,decreased unit product investment, but also acquired stable operation, high efficiency, good product quality, thus realizing industrial grade silicon low-carbon, high yield and low consumption production.
