肝移植后新发恶性肿瘤13例 被引量：2

摘要 肝移植后受者新发恶性肿瘤的发生率是同性别、同年龄一般人群的2倍,在肝移植受者术后第1、3、5年的发生率呈递增趋势;生存时间越长,其发生率越高.肝移植后生存时间超过3年的受者死亡原因中新发恶性肿瘤占30％,已成为肝移植术后仅次于心血管疾病的第2大并发症和死亡原因.本研究回顾性分析了13例肝移植后新发恶性肿瘤受者的资料,现报告如下.
