摘要 目的探析RF用于口腔种植GBR手术组织愈合的疗效。方法选取2014年9月~2015年9月本院收治的行口腔种植GBR手术患者88例,回归性分析其临床资料,按手术使用生物膜不同分为对照组30例和研究组58例,对照组使用Bio-Gide生物膜,研究组使用PRF,对比两组患者的组织愈合情况。结果研究组新增骨垂直高度变化差值及水平宽度变化差值均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);对照组种植骨结合率为(41.21±0.76)%、新骨生成率为(26.43±1.45)%;研究组种植骨结合率为(47.32±1.17)%、新骨生成率为(33.67±1.42)%;研究组种植骨结合率及新骨生成率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 PRF用于口腔种植GBR手术组织愈合的疗效显著,可有效促进骨新生,值得推广。 Objective Analysis of RF used in the healing of oral implants GBR surgery.Methods Select September 2014 to 2015 September in our hospital from oral 88 cases of patients with GBR surgery planting and regression analysis of the clinical data, according to the operation using a biofilm divided into control group(30 cases) and study group(58 cases, control group using bio Gide, study group with PRF, compared two groups of patients with healing.Results Research group of new vertical bone height difference and the horizontal width difference were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P〈0.05); the control group of peri implant bone union rate is(41.21±0.76)%, new bone formation rate was(26.43±1.45)%; group of bone implant binding rate was(47.3±1.17)%, new bone formation rate(33.67±1.42)%; group of bone implant binding rate and new bone formation rate was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion PRF for oral implant GBR surgical treatment of tissue healing is significant, can effectively promote the new bone, it is worth promoting.
