铸造陶瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后前磨牙的3年疗效观察

目的探究铸造陶瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗后前磨牙的3年疗效观察。方法选取我院2012年6月～2015年6月口腔科收治的前磨牙缺损患者154例,患牙（均为前磨牙）200颗作为研究对象。观察组采用铸造陶瓷高嵌体修复＋根管治疗;对照组采用桩核冠修复＋根管治疗。结果观察组的成功率为99.0%,显著大于对照组的96.0%;观察组的存活率为100%,显著大于对照组的99.0%;观察组的修复失败率为1.0%,显著低于对照组的4.0%;观察组的患牙死亡率及复发率均为0.0%,均显著低于对照组（均为1.0%）;差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论铸造陶瓷高嵌体的修复方法要显著优于传统桩核冠修复,其修复可显著提高成功率,降低失败率,提高患牙存活率,减少患牙复发率,能达到良好的修复效果,具有良好的临床运用前景。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of 3 years after the treatment of the root canal treatment of the root canal treatment of the high inlay ceramic. Methods 200 randomly selected patients were divided into observation group（100）and control group（100）,the observation group was treated with high inlay ceramic inlay and root canal therapy. Results The success rate（99%）was significantly higher than that in control group（96%）;the former was significantly lower than that of the latter（99%）;the former was significantly lower than that of 0%（4%）;the former was lower than the latter（1%）,and the P values were less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The repair method of high inlay ceramic ceramic is significantly better than the traditional post core crown restoration,the restoration can significantly improve the success rate, reduce the failure rate,improve the survival rate, reduce the recurrence rate, can achieve good repair effect,has a good clinical application prospect.
