摘要
具核梭杆菌(Fusobacterium nucleatum,Fn)是牙周炎众多致病微生物里主要的一种,也是除口腔感细菌染以外分离出的最常见的一类,在牙周以及牙髓病变中甚至在全身性的感染疾病中都有很高的分布,与厌氧菌的临床感染具有非常紧密的联系。具核梭杆菌的毒力与宿主细胞因子的水平以及本身的代谢产物和粘附性有关,本文描述了Fn的一些重要特性,包括分类、生物学特点、毒力特点、致病机制及其主要生物学检测方法,重点阐述了其在正畸牙龈炎性反应发生发展中的作用。
Fusobacterium nucleatum, one of the main pathogens causing periodontitis, is detected extremely highin oral and even systemic infectious diseases, and closely related to the clinical anaerobic infections. It indicatessignificant virulence or pathogenicity through multiple mechanisms to interfere with host defense capabilities andfurther lead to periodontal destructions. This article describes some important characteristics of Fusobacterium nu-cleatum, including its biological characteristics, classification, toxicity characteristics, as well as the major biological detection methods to analyse the role of Fn in the development of gingivitis during orthodon?tic treatment.
