超声根管治疗仪在老年人根管治疗中的疗效评价

Evaluation of ultrasonic root canal therapy instrument in the treatment of elderly patients with root canal

目的评价超声根管治疗仪预备在老年人患牙根管治疗中的疗效。方法选取2013年9月～2013年12月我科门诊收治的需做根管治疗的患者255例（296颗牙）,将其随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组146颗牙采用常规逐步后退法预备根管并用超声根管治疗仪进行根管荡洗,一次性根充;对照组150牙采用常规逐步后退法预备根管,2.5%次氯酸钠液与生理盐水冲洗根管。封药7天后根充。两组均用侧向加压充填法进行根管充填。结果实验组在慢性根尖周炎或死髓牙的根管治疗期间炎症急性发作明显少于对照组,且实验组根管充填后锥度及流畅度也好于对照组,远期效果也较对照组好。结论使用超声根管治疗仪预备治疗老年人根管较常规方法好,值得临床推广。

Objective Evaluate the curative effects of ultrasonic root canal therapy apparatus in preparing for root canal in the elderly. Methods 255 patients（296 teeth）were randomized into treatment group（146 teeth） and control group（150 teeth）.The former was applied with conventional stepback method and flushing the root canal with ultrasonic root canal therapy apparatus to prepare the single-visit root canal treatment. The control group was used with conventional step-back method and alternately flushing root canal with 2.5% sodium hypochlorite solution and physiological saline solution. Results The curative effects of chronic apical periarthritis, dead pulp teeth, the taper and fluency and long-term effect are obvious better than that in treatment group. Conclusion Operating the ultrasonic root canal therapy apparatus to prepare the root canal is much better than the traditional way. It is worth to apply in the clinical work.
