摘要
为应对2013年7月《出境入境管理法》施行后口岸限定区域管理中依旧面临的问题和挑战,以清水河口岸为例,从管理学的角度分析口岸限定区域管理的现状和存在的问题,提出提高口岸限定区域管理效益的建议,并从中归纳一些启示,以期提供有价值的参考和借鉴。
In respose to the problems and challenges faced by port restricted area management after implementation of Law on Entry and Exit Administration in July, 2013, and based on the case study of Qingshui River Port, the article takes up an analysis on the current status and problems in the port restricted area management from the perspective of Management Science, comes up with suggestions on improvement of the port restricted area management efficiency, and sums up some revelations in an effort provide valuable references.
