摘要
公安法制工作创新欲求落到实处,必须从创新思想上实现"官本位"向"民本位"的转变;坚持"以人为本"的鲜明导向,强调"人"是公安法制工作创新的出发点和最终目的,要充分体现社会主义的人文关怀及人在社会发展中的动力作用和主体地位;创新应以服务民生为落脚点,要注意增进人民群众的受益度,要着力扩大人民群众参与度,要考虑人民群众的接受度。
Implementation of the public security legal work innovation calls for transformation from official orientation to people-orientation. Starting point and ultimate aim of the public security legal work innovation is persistence in distinct people-orientation and emphasis on people, full embodiment of humanistic care of socialism and man＇s dynamic role and dominant status in social development. Attention should be paid to people＇s livelihood service-based innovation and improvement of the people＇s benefits. Efforts should be made to expand the masses＇ participation and take people＇s acceptance into consideration.
