加强文化物质载体建设 促进建设本科高校工作——以广西警察学院为例

On Enhancement of Cultural Material Carrier Construction and Declaration of Undergraduate Universities :A Case Study of Guangxi Police Academy

专科高校在升格为本科院校之后,在加快基础设施建设的同时也要注重文化的建设,否则会造成"有校园而无文化"的窘境。加强物质文化载体建设可以推进本科院校建设工作,反过来建设本科院校本工作也可以促进校园文化的发展。加强物质文化载体建设可以从优化校园整体环境、夯实校园文化物质载体、丰富精神文化等方面实施。

In the process of upgradation of junior college to undergraduate universities, attention should be paid to cultural contruction as well as acceleration of infrastructure construction, which may, otherwise, result in the predicament of campus without culture. Enhancement of cultural material carrier construction can contribute to declaration of undergraduate universities, which, in turn, promotes the development of campus culture. Enhancement of cultural material carrier construction can be implemented on the basis of the overall optimization of campus environment, consolidation of the campus cultural material carrier and diversification of spiritual culture.
