Trace Back the History of China Institute of Industrial Relations

通过对中国劳动关系学院校史发祥初探,即自1937年10月至1949年9月下旬12年间七个不同历史时期的划分及史实还原,以说明学校早期办学曾经走过一段艰苦卓绝的奋斗历程。校史前溯所及历史,不仅是对学院校史的一种有益补充,而且其不可磨灭的传统、特色、使命和艰苦奋斗的办学精神对学校的后来发展有着深远的影响,并激励着学院的后继者们。

The paper analyzes the origin and early development of China Institute of Industrial Relations since October 1937 to September 1949,through the analysis of historical facts and seven historical periods divided,illustrates the early extremely hard and bitter struggle process of China Institute of Industrial Relations.The early history of the institute will not only be a beneficial supplement to its history,but also influence its development in the future.Its indelible tradition of work hard and perseveringly,characteristics,mission and the spirit of running the institute will encourage the successors of the institute.
