摘要
职工权利议题非常适合电视媒体报道,除有冲突性因素外,还因为它可在不同栏目中播出。中央电视台和凤凰卫视十多年来的相关报道显示,电视媒体与职工权利议题相关的报道并不少,而且报道的规格很高,但主要集中在经济方面的权利(以劳动报酬权为代表)和人身方面的权利(以职业安全权为代表)。电视媒体在个案呈现上表现突出,但制度性思考比较缺乏。权利呈现的广泛性和舆论监督的连续性与层次性需要强化。
The topic of labor rights is very suitable for TV broadcasting because of the industrial conflicts and universality.Based on analysis of TV news from ten years ago,it shows that the topic of labor rights is widely reported by CCTV and Phoenix TV.On the other side,TV news mainly focus on the economic rights（salary,etc.） and personal rights（the rights to occupational safety,etc.）.TV news is good at showing ordinary people＇s story but less thinks the system problem.It should do more to represent the labor rights thoroughly and keep the continuity and level of watchdog.
