摘要
在全新的时代背景下成长起来的"90后"一代进入职场后,呈现出了新的职业生态,给用人单位带来了活力,也令用人单位产生困惑。有人把"90后"员工与管理者之间的关系称为"负向关系"。要从"90后"独特的成长路径出发,在社会、教育、企业等方面改善"90后"职业生态,促进"90后"员工与用人单位共同发展,将"负向关系"转化为"正向关系"。
In China,post 90 s employees tend to have wider,more diverse knowledge because they grew up in the new stage.They not only bring new occupational ecology,new vitality to the work place,but also cause confusion to employing units.The paper puts forwards suggestions of improving occupational ecology of post 90 s employee through social,educational and management improvement,in order to enhance the common development of post 90 s employee and employing units,changing "negative relations" into "positive relations".
