摘要
结合超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数,对2009—2013年我国11个沿海省市的海洋交通运输业进行效率分析。实证表明:每年只有2~3个省市的经营效率达到了DEA有效,同一年各省市的效率相差较大;行业呈现规模报酬递减的趋势;行业整体综合技术效率较低,同年不同省市的综合技术效率呈现两极分化,纯技术效率低下是主要原因;我国海洋交通运输业Malmquist指数发展平稳,各省市的Malmquist指数相差较大,综合技术效率的负增长是主要影响因素。
This article analyzed the performance of China's marine communications and transportation industry through the super-efficiency DEA-Mamlquist model in 11 coastal provinces over the period 2009-2013. The article used fixed asset investment as an input index, and volume of passenger turnover, volume of goods turnover, cargo handledand volume of container as output indexes to rank the provinces. The results showed there were2-3 provinces whose business efficiency was DEA efficient. And the performance of the provinces was different from one another in the same year. The marine communications and transportation industry showed a tendency of progressively diminishing returns. The integrated technology efficiency of the China's marine communications and transportation industry as a whole was poor, and that among various provinces in the same year seems polarized, the main cause of which was the poorpuretechnicalefficiency. The Malmquist index showed steady development. The Malmquistindexs among various the provinces were very different. The negative growth of the integrated technicalefficiencywas the main reason of poor malmquist index.
