BIM技术应用现状综述

Review on the Application of BIM Technology

随着信息技术和建筑产业的高速发展及业主对建筑日新月异的外观和功能要求,显然传统的建筑模式已经无法满足需要。信息建筑模型技术BIM应运而生。本文主要介绍BIM技术在建筑工程设计、建造、运维阶段的应用。在设计阶段,设计方通过BIM技术进行方案比选、优化、决策从而实现最优设计;在建造阶段,施工方主要用其进行虚拟施工来预先发现并解决问题,保证工程质量,实现绿色施工;在运维阶段,管理方通过它进行多元化交流,使信息的传递更快速真实,实现对工程的有效控制。

With the high-speed development of information technology and construction industries, and owner for changing the appearance and function of buildings, traditional architectural patterns have been not obviously satisfied. Information architecture model technology BIM arises at the historic moment. This paper mainly introduces BIM technology in construction engineering design, construction and operational phase of the application. In the design phase, designers through the BIM technology scheme comparison, optimization, decision realize the optimal design. In the construction phase, constructors mainly use it to take the virtual construction to find and solve problems in advance, guaranteeing the engineering quality and achieving green construction. In the operational phase, managers through BIM technology gain diversification communication, making information transfer more really fast and realizing the effective control of the project.
