摘要
在相关文献和国家标准的基础上分地基与基础工程、结构工程、装饰装修与机电安装工程三个阶段按照环境保护、节材与材料资源利用、节水与水资源利用、节能与能源利用和节地与土地资源保护五个要素建立了绿色施工方案的评价指标体系,针对绿色施工方案评价指标的模糊性和不相容性等特点,利用模糊物元理论对不同方案进行评价,评选出更"绿色"的施工方案;最后用两个绿色施工方案实例利用上述方法进行详细的评价,评选出相对更优的施工方案。
Based on relevant literatures and relevant national standards, it is divided into three stages including foundation and foundation work, structural work and decoration work. An evaluation index system of green construction is established by five elements including environmental protection, materials conservation and material resource use, water conservation and water use, energy conservation and energy use and land conservation and protection of land resources. According to the fuzziness, incompatibility and other characteristics of the evaluation index system of green construction, through evaluating the different proposals by the fuzzy matter-element analysis, the more "green" construction program is selected. Finally, two examples of green construction program are evaluated in detail by the above method to selecte the relatively better construction program.
