摘要
煤矿企业制定应急预案并定期进行演练,目的是确保在发生突发事件或紧急情况时,能够熟练有效地开展应急救援工作,把损失和影响降低到最小程度。阐述了应急预案演练的重要意义,结合工作实际,针对现阶段煤矿企业事故应急演练中存在的一些关键问题进行讨论,并提出了相应的改进建议。
Coal mining enterprises should develop contingency plans and regular exercise, the purpose of which is to ensure that at the time of the occurrence of unexpected events or emergencies, the emergency rescue work can be skillfully and effectively carried out to reduce the loss and the influence to the minimum degree. This paper expounds the important significance of emergency plan exercise. Combined with the actual work, some key problems existing in the coal mine enterprise accident emergency drill are discussed, and the corresponding improvement suggestions are t3ut forward.
