针对元宝山露天煤矿高压电缆接头存在的问题和造成的影响,探索改进了冷补和冷缩相结合的双重制作工艺,本文分别从接头工艺的方式、原理、优点、制作方法、应用效果等方面全面进行阐述,保证了高压电缆接头连接的安全可靠,保障了供电,提高了生产效率和经济效益。

In view of the problems of the high-voltage cable joint of Yuanbaoshan Open Pit and the consequent impact, the dual production process combining cold-patch and cold-contraction is explored and improved. This paper made a comprehensive analysis from the methods, principles, advantages, production methods, and application effect of the joint process, which guaranteed the safe and reliable connection of high voltage cable joint, ensured the power supply, and improved the production efficiency and economic benefits.
