摘要
本文针对营销专业人才培养同质化以及人才能力与社会需求相脱节的现状,提出明确的课程改革目标和课程结构优化方案,在分析营销专业课程改革动态的基础上,加强课程建设的灵活性,解决人才同质化的窘状,提高学生的就业竞争力,同时为多元化课程资源共享交流提供平台及措施。
In view of the present situation of talent training homogenization and the disconnection between the talent ability and the social demand of Marketing Speeiahy,this paper puts forward a clear goal of curriculum reform and curriculum structure optimization program which based on the analysis of the marketing professional curriculum reform trends, strengthens the flexibility of curriculum construction, improves the employability and competitiveness of students, solves solution of talent homogeneity and provides platform and measures tor exchanges of diversified curriculum resources.
