摘要
随着物流业的迅猛发展,物流与金融相结合,衍生出了物流金融业务。这项业务涉及到了三个主体,分别是物流企业,融资企业,和金融机构。本文以南京中小型物流企业为例,探讨物流金融的发展模式及风险分析。
With the rapid development of the logistics industry, logistics and finance derives the logistics financial business. This business involves three principles which are logistics companies, financial enterprise and financial institutions. Based on the example of Nanjing small and medium-sized logistics enterprises, this paper discusses about the development model of logistics finance and studies the risk analysis.
