摘要
对干法乙炔工艺进行了改进:1采用螺旋计量弹簧止回进料机,提高了乙炔生产的安全性;2进料机位置下移,降低了乙炔发生器气相出口粉尘含量;3采用半自动干渣取样器,简化了取样程序,保证了操作人员的人身安全。
Improvements on dry-process acetylene production were taken : ( 1 ) a metering spiral feeder with check spring was adopted to improve the safety of production, ( 2 ) the position of feeder was lowered to reduce dust content of exit gas of acetylene generator, (3) a semi-utomatic sampler of dry- sludge was adopted to simplify sampling procedure and to ensure the personal safety of operators.
