摘要
建立了测定锡铅焊料中锡、铅、锑、铋、银、铜、锌、镉、砷含量的光电直读光谱分析方法。通过调整工作曲线并进行必要的干扰校正,确定了各项分析条件,结果表明:该方法的准确度、精密度符合分析要求。
The photoelectric direct - read spectrometer analysis method is established for determination of tin, lead, antimony, bismuth, silver, copper, zinc, cadmium, arsenic content in tin - lead solder. Each analysis condition is confirmed through the adjustment of the working curve and the necessary interference correction, the results show, the accuracy degree and the precision degree of this method can meet the analysis requirements.
