摘要 延长油田吴38井区已建成3座橇装式注入站,可同时对5口井实施注气,涉及24口生产井受效。它是西北第一个实施CO_2埋存与驱油的标准化地面工艺系统,系统主体由低压及高压两大模块组成,低压模块包括CO_2存储区、CO_2喂液及循环区、增压区,高压模块包括CO_2注入及循环区、辅助监测系统。地面工艺系统投入使用后,单井注入量为25 t/d,可实现数据全自动监控和存储。根据预测,原油采收率与水驱相比提高10.79%,这对减少CO_2温室气体排放及低渗油藏开发具有重要的意义。 3 movable injection stations have been built in Wu38 well block of Yan Chang Oilfield. At the same time, five gas injection wells can be gas injected, which involving 24 production Wells. It is the first standardization surface process system that CO_2 storage and CO_2-EOR in the northwest.The system main body consists of two big modules:low pressure and high pressure. Low pressure module includes CO_2 storage tank, CO_2 feeding and circulation area, supercharging area; high- pressure module includes CO_2 injection and loop area, auxiliary monitoring system. After the surface process system put into use, the single well CO_2 injection rate is 25 t/d,it can realize automatic monitoring and data storage.According to the forecast,the oil recovery of CO_2 flooding is 10.79% higher than that of water flooding, which has the vital significance to the reduction of CO_2 greenhouse gas emissions and low permeability reservoir development.
