摘要
为了对酸性油气田设备及管线的防腐、检维修等工作提供数据支持和科学依据,需要对腐蚀监测数据进行一体化管理。通过对不同的腐蚀监测手段获取的腐蚀监测数据进行收集分析,制定统一的腐蚀监测数据模型,建立了全面、准确、实时的腐蚀监测数据库。基于腐蚀监测数据库和二三维一体化平台,利用数据挖掘、可视化等技术,建立了一体化腐蚀监测数据管理系统,实现了可视化监测点管理、腐蚀状况全貌展示、自动化监测预警、腐蚀趋势分析、设备综合评价管理、设备检修及购置管理。一体化腐蚀监测数据管理系统是数字化油气田建设的重要组成部分,为油气田的防腐管理提供了科学依据。
In order to provide data support and scientific basis for the equipment and pipeline of acid oil and gas field, it is necessary to carry on the integrated management of the corrosion monitoring data. By collecting and analyzing the data collected from different corrosion monitoring methods,a unified data model of corrosion monitoring is developed,and a comprehensive, accurate and real- time corrosion monitoring database is established. Based on corrosion monitoring database and two or three dimensional integration platforms, using data mining, visualization and other technologies, the establishment of integrated corrosion monitoring data management system,realize the visual monitoring point management,corrosion status display, automatic monitoring and early warning, corrosion trend analysis,comprehensive evaluation of equipment maintenance, equipment maintenance and purchase management. Integrated corrosion monitoring data management system is an important part of the construction of digital oil and gas field,which provides a scientific basis for the anticorrosion management of oil and gas fields.
