摘要
本文分析了葡萄酒主要危害因素及暴露量,针对存在的问题从改进监管体制、健全法规等方面提出加强葡萄酒安全质量的建议。
The main harmful factors and exposed quantity of wine were analyzed. Aiming at these problems, some suggestions of strengthening the safe quality of wine were given from the aspects of improving supervision system, perfecting laws and regulations and so on.
