摘要
建立了一种用多点校正测定葡萄酒中甲醇含量的气相色谱法，样品加标回收率在95％～105%之间，相对标准偏差为0．91％，相关系数在0．999以上。该方法高效，准确，精密度较高。
A multi - point correction method for determination of methanol in wine by the gas chromatography was investigated. It shows that the methanol is in good linearity（r〉0. 999）, with RSD value 0.89%. The recovery rate is 90%~105%. This method is highly- efficient, ac- curate and of high precision.
