摘要
对跆拳道步法盲点的类型进行分析,结合2012年伦敦奥运会跆拳道比赛的抽查情况,对步法盲点的相关数据进行分析,提出相应的利用方法,达到提高竞技人员对步法盲点的运用水平与竞技水平。
Abstrae： This paper analyzes the type of footwork blind spot, combined with the spot check of taekwondo competitions in 2012 London Olympic Games, analyzes the gait data related to the blind spot, then puts forward the corresponding method of ultilization, aims to improve the level of competitive personnel utilizing the blind spot, as well as their competitive level.
