摘要
选取郑州市文化路第二小学、郑州市十一中学、洛阳市安徽路小学、洛阳轴二中共200名学生为调查对象。运用问卷调查法,对中小学生群体的人格特征与锻炼承诺状况进行分析,探讨中小学生人格特征与体育参与承诺之间的关系,为提高中小学生锻炼的积极性、减少中小学生锻炼退出现象,提供理论依据和实践参考。通过研究得出以下结果:(1)对于中小学生来说,艾森克大三人格中E(内外向)维度上存在显著差异,其中外向的得分显著高于内向型的学生,而其他两个N(情绪性)、P(精神性)维度上不存在显著差异。(2)中小学生对自身身体素质评价,差异显著。(3)中小学生对体育课的满意度,存在显著差异。
This paper selects 200 students of primary and middle schools in Zhengzhou and Luoyang city as objective, using questionnaires method to analyze school children's personalities and exercise commitments, discusses the relationship between personality characteristics and the exercise commitment, to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for increasing the exercise initiative and reducing the exercise quits. The results are as follows:l)among the 3 factors of Eysenck's model, E(Extraversion) dimension has significant difference, in which the score of outtroverted students are obviously higher than that of introverted students, whilre neither P(Psychoticism) nor N(Neuroticism) dimension has significant difference. 2)the student's physical quality has significant differenc.3) the student's satisfaction rate to PE class has significant difference.
