高校篮球教学俱乐部模式的分析与建构

Analysis and Construction of the Mode of College Basketball Teaching Club

采用文献资料法和访谈法,对高校篮球教学篮球俱乐部的概念、模式、管理、经费和场地五个方面进行分析。主要结论有:篮球教学俱乐部在人本主义、终身体育和竞技体育思想指导下,按照技能水平分等级进行教学、辅导、训练和比赛;遵循多样化、系统化、个体差异性的方式进行考评;在学校行政部门的统一部署下,成立决策、监督和反馈系等系统,在不阻碍俱乐部和学生的自主性的原则上,运用教师和学生双轨制进行严格管理;多途径、广渠道增加经费筹集,统筹安排场馆的商业开发利用与学生锻炼需求,增大场馆利用率。

This paper using methods of literature and interviews, studies on the concept, mode, management, funding and hall of the university basketball teaching club. The main conclusions are as followed： in the basketball teaching clubs, with the guidance of the idea of humanism, lifelong sports and competitive, the teaching, training and competition are carried out according to the level of skill; the evaluation is conducted abiding by the principle of diversification, systematization and individual difference; the systems of decision-making, supervision and feedback are set up in the unified deployment of school administrative departments, and are strictly managed by the double track of teachers and students with the principle of not hinder the autonomy of the club and student＇s; funding should be increased from multi-ways and wide channels, the business development of stadium and the training needs of students should be comprehensively arranged, to increase the utilization rate of gymnasiums.
