高校针对社会体育专业人才如何进行“实习与就业”一体化模式培养

随着社会不断发展,国家教育改革不断深化,我国大学生的就业模式越来越严峻,面对如此严峻的形势,各类高校应该促进大学毕业生"实习与就业"一体化,加强大学生的就业素质培养,需要大学生树立正确的就业观,自主择业观,加强自身素质的综合培养,提高自身的思想道德意识,培养自身的专业技能和专业知识水平,努力改变自身的就业方式,同时各类高校应该加强与社会企业的合作,努力扩展大学生就业的舞台,帮助和促进社会体育专业大学生积极就业,同时提供大学生就业的机会,提高大学生的综合就业的素质,改变大学生的就业方式,扩展就业的空间,深化社会体育专业人才实习与就业一体化模式程度。就这些问题展开多角度的探讨,并提出意见与建议,以期为社会体育专业大学生就业提供帮助。
