运用文献资料法、录像观察法和对比分析法,对2013-2014赛季CBA总决赛北京队优秀队员的个人攻防技术进行系统分析,对北京队和新疆队优秀队员的个人攻防技术指标作出对比,旨在发现我国篮球发展中存在的问题,找出运动员在个人进攻和防守能力上存在的差异和问题,使我国篮球运动的发展能够跟上国际步伐,为提高我国篮球运动员个人进攻和防守能力提供科学的依据和理论参考。

This article using methods of literature material law, video observation and comparison analysis, carries out systematic analysis of personal offensive and defensive techniques of Beijing Team＇s outstanding players in the finals in 2013-2014 CBA season and makes a comparison research on excellent players＇ personal defense technical indicators of Beijing and Xinjiang teams, aims to find some problems existing in the development of Chinese basketball, find out the individual differences and problems of the offensive and defensive ability of the CBA basketball players, enable the development of Chinese basketball to keep up with the international pace,and provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for improving Chinese basketball player＇s personal offensive and defensive ability.
