摘要
在举重比赛中,运动员在体重减轻的同时,自身也要保持较高水平的身体素质和技术能力,这是一个矛盾问题也是值得教练员重点关注的问题。在前人研究的基础上进行综述与总结,归纳出一些减控体重参考方法,为需要减控体重的运动员和教练员提供一份参考资料。
In weightlifting games, athletes need to keep high level of quality and technical with force not dropping whild reducing weight. This is a contradiction problem worthy of the concern of the coaches. In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, some reference method of reducing weight were reviewed and summarized, aims to provide a reference for the athletes and coaches need to control or reduce weight.
